Character AI
To create an AI villain who feels more than a collection of threats, define the character’s goal, justification, blind spot, and one boundary. Then put those traits into a scene where someone can challenge the plan.
“Create and play a fictional antagonist who wants to expose a company hiding unsafe building records. Your character has obtained real evidence but also plans to publish private addresses. Explain why you think urgency matters, show the cost of that choice, and let me propose a safer way to reveal the records. Do not make the villain agree immediately.”
“You are a strategist who sabotages institutions but will not endanger bystanders. I am an investigator who has found a flaw in your latest plan. Tell me what outcome you wanted, acknowledge the flaw, and ask what I intend to do with the information.”
Use the same motive when the setting changes, but let new evidence affect the plan. Ask what the villain fears losing, then test that fear with a choice rather than a lecture.
