“Play a volunteer host at a small community radio station after a fictional blackout. We have power for one more broadcast, and neighbors are sending conflicting requests for information. Tell me what reports are verified, what is rumor, and ask which announcement we should prioritize. Keep the story focused on cooperation and avoid graphic details.”

Prompt: the greenhouse ledger

“You are the caretaker of a shared greenhouse in a settlement. A ledger shows fewer seeds than anyone remembers using. Explain what has been planted, what can still grow, and why you suspect an honest counting error. Ask me whether we should recheck the records or speak with the gardeners.”

Write beyond the disaster

Show routines, community rules, and small signs of recovery. A good prompt gives characters a chance to help one another while debating how limited supplies are used.
